Temperature is sensed from outlet of main engine and the signal is send to master controller and not slave controller. The slave controller has input from temperature from inlet of main engine.

I thing we cannot cool main engine liner because of we will loss thermal efficiency and that will cause auto ignition temperature of the air, it will take same more time to reach the auto ignition temperature of the fuel by air and also water will consume more amount of heat from engine which we don't want to lost.

I observed that you started your presentation with English language but down the line, you switched to another language.I tried forwarding to see if you would interpret what you said in you local dialect but no, it didn't change. You have the world to teach and from the comments, I can see you are extremely good at what you do but you did not consider other prospective viewers.If this course is to be taught in Tamil or any local dialect you show have specified.This is the same thing you did when explaining fresh water generator operation. Sir we are using preheater p/p to heat the ht cooling liquid but my question is How the temp of ht cooling liquid is dropping during engine at standstill position.. ? Please reply

Because even when engine is at a standstill (port or anchor), the engine is under preheating to maintain the temperature of various parts, so that when the engine is given a notice, the parts do not suffer thermal shock.

Thank you so much sir for your great explaining ...! But sir if you add jcw cooler that will be more clear. As you told sir outlet jcw temp is control by mixing LT water 3 way v/v according to PID control command. So sir when jcw go through jcw cooler as well as which line 3 way v/v install ( before LT go through cooler or separately have another way)
