Central Florida Solo Travel RV Living - Fall 2017 Episode 1

I spend two days RVing in Central Florida on the way to Georgia. I stay at Lake Louisa State Park, which is a beautiful campground, meet up with a viewer/producer at Disney Springs, visit the Presidents Hall of Fame and the Citrus Tower in Clermont, Florida, Sugarloaf mountain, quirky Howey-in-the-Lake and Dade City, Florida.

Phil O Robert doesn’t wine about needing money to do this or that. He does product reviews and yes you can donate to help him with the cost of traveling but it took him years of building up his channel with one viewer at a time and you A. Don’t have to donate B. Don’t have to ever watch him again C. He’s a top notch youtuber and he never begs for you to send him money. We can agree to disagree if you feel that way about his channel but let’s not be unprofessional or be tacky please

Another very interesting and informative video. The drone footage is amazing, it gives a real overall perspective. The historical museum was, as you say, fascinating. Your camp site reminds me of a story. We were at St. George Island park a few years ago in late spring. We were out getting a lil firewood ( you were supposed to buy it not collect it out of the woods, lol our bad ) and a ranger came up to us. I thought that we were in trouble but instead he told us to check our tent when we got back to it. I asked why. He told us that the "moccasin brothers" had been through and last seen heading for our tent. Normally those big snakes are by themselves but these 2 rascals ( may be brothers maybe not lol ) hang out with each other and they like to sniff out camp sites. I'm wondering if they'd eat a hot dog? I do know alligators eat marsh mellows. LOL I was a "voluminous" person ( chubby ) way back then ( Long story ) but I was able to climb up and sit on a picnic table just fine. I took a big stick and tapped our tent inside and out most of the night. We did not see the Moccasin bro's but dog's being walked that evening sniffed our pathway and barked when came by. I could smell the snake musk too. Shudders. I like snakes but not in my tent. Lol I thought the ranger made it up but another guy told me the Moccasin bro's were real on St. G's Island.

At 916 about, I love the juxtaposition of the fake and real Florida. Lake Harris is part of the Harris chain of lakes and connects with the st johns river . You can take a boat from lake harris all the way the the atlantic ocean at jacksonville.

Think one might easily envision a major makeover ... even adding a gift shop ... "citrus" themed refreshment cafe ... Apparently this is NOT a priority for the Florida Tourist Bureau officials who make such decisions. Although minimal, the price of access is still a rip-off ( actually more of an insult ) when you find yourself sweltering in the heat in essentially an abandoned tower _overrun by insects !!!_ ( Dude ... the fly swatter hanging on the wall ... _seriously ?!!!!!!!!!_ ) *_Thank you and G-d Bless you, Eric_* ... for your exemplary video assistance, which greatly enhanced this presentation ... it is really cool to see TR executing his masterful drone filming skills and gives us all a welcome look at the drone itself. *(:*
