Well done James. Good stuff mate. The smoke ring on that brisket was real good. All the other meats looked sensational with the steak maybe having too dark lines? I have a rub here that is a lot hotter than should be. It's a John Henry's (who does make great rubs). It must have been the end of the batch or something. One of these days you'll wish you had an awning on the van. You might want to get one before that rainy day happens. cheers.
