I believe i saw the central world before. Some ones Sent me a video I thought was another mall .

They said at food court in central world I have to pay with a card but not sure where to buy the card?

There is a card exchange at the entrance of the food court. Also, many food courts accept Rabbit Cards, which can be used for BTS. I recommend it.
