Thailand has one of the best food. In the states, Indian, Chinese, Mexican, etc food is demanded by the people of countries respectively. However there isnt a big Thai population in the US, yet Thai restaurants are everywhere lol

Foy Thong is an ancient dessert in the Ayutthaya period. It was invented and made by a half Portuguese, half Japanese and Bengali Indian ancestry girl named Maria Guyomar de Pina. She immigrated from Japan because of religious persecution. She married a Greek man who was a nobleman in the Ayutthaya court named Constantine Phaulkon. He was a high-ranking nobleman who was very influential at that time. But when the king who supported him died and the dynasty changed. He was arrested and executed as a rebel. She became a prisoner. Later, she was pardoned and became a dessert chef in the palace. She adapted the Portuguese dessert into Foy Thong.😊

The meat depends on the size of the prawn. Normally in Ayutthaya the size would be 2-3 prawns per KG. In Bangkok also have but the depend on the price. 4-6 prawns per KG will be cheaper, the meat will be less.

The 1st man reminds me of the old country farmers of any culture... A very hard worker, unlike the entitled kids of today. They scream for more pay, but don't understand you have to put the work into it to reap the rewards. Its very disconcerting. My Dad was a farmer and we all worked from the age of 8 to keep up with all the work involved raising dairy cattle and fields of vegetables to be sold at the local Farmers' Markets. The kinds of jobs have changed but work ethics remain the same. I also wonder where this old guy's children are to help him..does he have no one to help him now that he is so old??? He may not, but perhaps he just wants to stay busy and do his part. 🌿
