I was so so young, there's no other life I know besides this great life. I just lost my father It's been now a month and couple of few weeks after his funeral. I think the guy worked hand in hand with the lawyer. He was generous and gave her money and gifts because he knew she was waiting for RAF money. All that information he got from the lawyer. Lerato believes that this guy didn't know that she's waiting for a big payout from RAF. It's a syndicate, she was scammed by a syndicate.

I think the guy was genuine just that life happened to him. I believe that if what happened to his company didn't happen, you guys would have been together today and he would have continued to take care of you and your family. He didn't scam you, if he was a scammer or a terrible person when you asked for your money back he would have told you to start calculating the money he helped you with. If he was a scammer he wouldn't be so thoughtful by giving a R100 when he can. All in all what I am trying to say here is he is a good person who is going through tough times.

All I'm hearing is someone justifying how she fell for being scammed - this thing of us believing in fairytales. That was a clear syndicate. Also, she's omitting stuff and her story things aren't coming together. She said she wasn't finding him on the phone, it's the partner that relayed the message and winded up calling her together jiki jiki oh she called him and met him first alone. The things she mentioned that she claims he did, those things were minor, nothing amounting to 2.5 mill, mere thousands, a car given to her outta nowhere by someone you don't know, who knows if he was tracking her movements? Then the lawyer, what lawyer has a say in how a client spends their money? That guy studied her and her vulnerability. He was tipped. Ladies, NEVER SAVE A MAN YOU'RE NOT MARRIED TO. THAT'S NOT YOUR HUSBAND.

We learn everyday thank u so much Lerato, i learnt the need to deal with pain not only from a loss of a loved one even pain from divorce, n other losses. I think Mr was genuine then tax non compliance was his downfall. Personally I learnt as a partner I ll ask Bae is sars sorted. Another lesson is that we must have savings for rainy days. It happens more often than you think. I lost my hubby in 2020 in a car accident and work is what saved me from loosing my sanity. I worked from home but I worked until 3am daily and would sleep not more than 3hrs. Work was my coping mechanism. Mourning also means different things to different people.
