I'm a fully grown man but the part where God ensured that her counselor was born again left me in literal tears...because it really showed me how much God truly loves us, even when we don't feel like He does at times. Many women are just moving corpse hence we have a lot of ppl that are angry, harsh and bitter. It is because we have never dealt with what hurt us. I am glad you made it out safely. I started sharing my story on my channel as well 'My marriage from hell with a German man'. I married an emotional, mental, and verbal abuser. He was even a suspected serial killer, my name was all over newspapers. My children and I went through hell. By God's grace my children and I made it out safely. If I can have half your strength. I thought I was alone. My childhood trauma still haunts me and the perpetrators are not taking accountability and I'm an adult now. I'm forced to pretend daily that I'm okay while carry so much pain that I'm forced to deal with every night. I literally pray for God to take my life daily and I wake up and do it all over again and pretend. But now I want that healing too. I wanna heal but how if the cycle keeps repeating itself and I meet different versions of the same abuser...Abuser 0. I can only be hopeful that one day God will hear me and change my life. I worry that I'll never find peace and really worry that maybe there is no God and there'll be no justice or breakthrough. And my pain will remain with me forever but your story gives me hope
