How often does it fall on the ground when you hit or kick it
@johnsgym31324 жыл бұрын
Seas It kind of depends bc if you hit it hard enough it’ll fall over every time. It’s not as sturdy as a Wavemaster or even a Bob. Those have heavier bases. Is it still holding up well? I work with autistic teens and our physical therapist brought in one of those wobbly bags. Obviously it got destroyed quite quickly. So I don't know what could possibly harm the knuckles or wrists of someone "normal".
@johnsgym31325 жыл бұрын
At this point it's over 5 years old and only has minor wear and tear on it. I'd definitely say the bag is holding up well. I personally think this bag would be fine to use with out gloves. It's no where near as dense as a heavy bag and it doesn't have a solid core like some of the wobbly bags. This makes it very easy on the hands and wrists. Well the Wavemaster is more sturdy. Heavy strikes won’t knock it down. everyone who does a review on this bag is either hold back or doesn’t put that much power into it. bag looks so flimsy already from videos i’ve seen even tho it’s suppose to be made out of high density foam, idk - guess heavy bag is where it’s at

All the time wasted waiting for it to swing back at you... how is anyone satisfied with this thing? I'm stuck with it cuz they REALLY don't want me to return it ($150 dollars shipping is on you...) This thing is terrible for stand up striking.

Acesahn Damn they want you to cover shipping, that’s crazy. I think a lot of ppl assume it’s gona function like a heavy bag or Wavemaster, but it’s not as sturdy. Yes it falls over easier, but it’s also easier on the joints. VS1 is more suited for quick, snappy strikes at range. Using the handles on top for knees and elbows works too since it can’t fall over it ur grabbing it. The grappling and ground striking it offers is a plus too imo. Thanks for your input

@@johnsgym3132 If I get stuck with it, I'll have to settle for punching it on the bounce back with the same arm over and over in sets of X on each arm. Its the only way I could get a decent strength workout with full extension punches.
