Hmmmm🤔 I’m not sure, the bottom already has 100 pounds worth of sand and it’s pretty heavy… you could possibly add more not sure

Depends on where you buy...but you are looking at around $250 maybe a little more but definitely worth it in my opinion, especially if you live in an apartment or townhome type of community where the houses are next to each other.

I enjoy playing around on it with new kicks and such (i'm a n00b, so the soft material is good when i fuck up and kick with the wrong body part depending on the kick) more than a true heavy bag. HOWEVER, for developing power, i own a cheap, free standing one from amazon that i have ~200lb sand in the base plus water, and the material is much harder. It doesn't move much, which allows for much harder blows without knocking it over. I can easily knock this one to the ground, but who doesn't like ground strikes?!

It’s really good.. not for power punches and kicks more like medium kicks n punches… still takes a bit of power tho to knock it over… definitely a good workout bag for a small space
