This has many possibilities. One being a B&B. Would need to raise the roof and new roof. New electrical and plumbing. On plot of land I would put in a pool and deck area. Keep green areas. Outside bar and barbecue area for guest. The basement or animal staffs I would dig out to make private quarters with bathroom, gym, and storage. Way, way overpriced for the condition it's in. I wouldn't pay more than €70,000 for it, and I'd expect to spend a further €70-80,000 renovating it, so around €150,000 in total.

Nice property. Interesting house. I like that the rooms are generously sized. But I believe the work ahead would conservatively cost about another €100,000 to repair the roofs, plaster, electrical etc.
