Wasn't even a fan when I saw these guys on the second stage at Ozzfest back in the day. Then Peter jumped out into the crowd and was just about in my face just doing his thing. He was the man. And Jensen just standing there shredding. One of my favorite concert memories. Instant fan. That Ozzfest was magic--Rob Zombie, Killswitch, As I Lay Dying, Mastadon, Soilwork, Arch Enemy, Black Dahlia, Haunted, etc, and that was just the second stage.

Got into them after hearing this as a late teen - it expressed everything I felt at the time, and still do at 38y actually. Read about Dolving, he lost everything multiple times so you know his angst comes from his soul . When he lefft the band they got so bitter they made sure he would never be signed again but he' released a few songs under his name and as Bring The War Home. Mary Beats Jane stuff is pretty good as well. Hardcore Worldwide by Rosvo is heavy as hell. Water Over Bones makes me smile. I tried listening to Aro once, never again, he's not as versatile. The Haunted was Dolving 🤘
