8:51 it’s important to note Phuzix figures out how to fight against Terry here. You don’t need to worry about boxing an fgc character if they are offstage. Focus on keeping advantage by keeping them in the corner. Force low recoveries, snuff get up options, send them offstage again. Terry’s main damage dealers; Jab Jab Power Dunk, fair - f tilt - Buster Wolf, d tilt - Burning Knuckle only work onstage.

Power dunk is +3 at best if hit right before it autocancels, parrying gives the one who parried a +7 frame advantage so it would end up with terry being around -4. But the problem is that phuzix chose to uptilt after the parry which doesn't hit in front until frame 16 which leaves plenty of time for terrys frame 3 jab to connect

Beyond how fundamentally flawed ultimate is (input delay, buffers, lack of movement options, airdodge out of tumble etc), this matchup shows you how annoying the balance is. Why can terry jab into 40 damage combos or jab into kill moves, where sheik can barely get 20 percent off of her best combo routes. Idky anyone still plays this game competitively
