that depends on the specific case. Do you want to increase the bite or not, what are the antagonist teeth...a think a minimum of 1.5 mm of occlusal thickness is necessary

Big Dental Any adhesive resin cement never conventional cement for me, even if no enamel I always bond and use resin cement

No. But most of the time the tooth has already a MO, DO or MOD restorations. I never leave a margin near a contact point. So if it is close to contact, break contact

محمد ماهر the finish line is to maximize enamel Bonding. It is oblique to the enamel rods and angled down at around a 45 degree angle.
