Beautiful work indeed. But so far it's very labour intensive. By the time 50 are produced these men will all their bodies in pains. You would be surprised what is still done by hand. There are a lot of products that are part automated assembly, but other portions have to be done by hand. One exampke was a video I watched of gaming laptops being made. The motherboard was made completely through automation, but the finally assembly (placing it in the laptop, putting the screen in, speakers, and fan) was all done by hand.

I used to work as an assembly technician for a company building machines that sort seeds, corn, beans, etc. We'd receive the parts and materials from various suppliers, but the final assembly and calibration was done all by hand. We even had to make wiring harnesses by hand.

The machine work had taken over more than 75%. The slip is made by using ball mills. The man has to set the mould n the slip is fed into the mould. After 2 to 3 hours it's demoulded in leather hard condition. When it becomes dry the surfaces are finished soft by fine sand papers. Then on rotating table it is glazed by using glazing spray gun. Dried n loaded on trollies, fired to the requisite temperature. Of course it's labour oriented job.
