It feels great to have someone with the knowledge and willingness to share it and to help educate and empower consumers. I am learning so much about products, ingredients and formulations. I feel more confident when I go to the store and I see a product, the marketing claim and then I check the inky list and the price and I am confident I can make a purchase decision and to be honest most of the times the products are not worth the hype and the ingredients don’t match what the brand promises. Also I have learned that you can get good quality products like cerave at a good price tag so you don’t need to ruin yourself! 🤓

The resurfacing retinol serum helped clear my acne scars in months, so I still use it at least 2-3 times a week. I just purchased it today. I bought hydrating cleanser and SA smoothing cream and I try this both and I think it's good or i feel it's good. I love this skin care because it doesn't have any smell witch is why I purchased it because im sensitive of any kind of like perfume,powder, or any kind of strong fragrance. Ok.i edited my message for the second week of using cerave hydrating cleanser and the smoothing cream and the result for two weeks is really great 👍 😀 👌 I absolutely loved this product though its expensive here in our country but its worth buying guy's. I'll be back again to edit this comment of mine here for another week results 😉

Am a newbie for face skin care products. Could anyone please help me ! At 11:18 she speaks about Cerave's moisturising cream, the tub says face and body. Does Dr Rattan mean it could be used for face too? I'm trying to get the products so any advice on this would be much appreciated. TIA ❤

U mentioned “cetearyl alcohol” as one of the “good” ingredients, so how/when do we know that alcohol is a “bad” ingredient in a product?
@vividfleurdelis4 жыл бұрын
When in doubt, I Google if it's a fatty alcohol that can have emollient properties.

The bad alcohols, by name: SD alcohol Denatured alcohol or alcohol denat Isopropyl alcohol Ethanol Methanol Benzyl alcohol (Note: this one, when used in small amounts, isn’t super harmful to the skin and can often be found in natural/organic skincare products as a shield against bacteria.) I was restless looking for alternatives to get rid of this virus in my system. not until I stumbled upon a video on KZbin about Dr. Aloha’s Herbal Medication and how effective they are. I reached out to him through his email: Alohaherbalhome@gmail.com and followed the instructions given on how to use the Herbal Medication. To my greatest surprise, it worked perfectly and today makes it a month and two weeks of testing Negative to HSV 2 after making use of his Organic Herbal Medication. It’s so amazing regaining my health back to normal and ridding my body of Herpes. Thank you so much 🙏 You can as well Contact Dr. Aloha through his email: Alohaherbalhome@gmail.com or WhatsApp +1(202)871-3222

Hey doc! You’ve recommended to not wear vitamin C during the day because it sensitises the skin to UV for SOC however other antioxidants combined vitamin c such as vitamin e and ferulic acid with an spf on top make the spf 10x more effective, so should we be wearing a vitamin C in the morning or not?
@m.younis98494 жыл бұрын
Great question.. I really want to know if I can use any antioxidant under my Sunscreen.. Because many do recommend it :(((

@@MrGiraffeify The Vit C serum I have "Yeouth" is Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate.. Plus.. 8 can do other antioxidants "Vit E, green tea, Coq10, etc".. So that's the question!!
@MrGiraffeify4 жыл бұрын
@@m.younis9849 I would have to look into this more, but in terms of making sunscreen more effective. It won't. Since sunblock are highly conjugated, unlike Vit C. My immediate thoughts for Vit C to increase UV damage, is the fact that its product lays ontop of the skin, which may signal irritation, and more likely to cause sunburn.( typically anything in high concentration will cause irritation) However, you are wearing sunscreen, so it mostly counters it.

If its tiny close same sized spots then you may have fungal acne. I have this too and you should use the website skincarisma to check if the moisturisers or cleansers you use trigger fungal acne. To get rid of it I KNOW THIS SOUNDS CRAZY but put anti dandruff shampoo there is a certain ingredient in it [I really cant remember] that helps!!
@wydmatt72944 жыл бұрын
it’s most likely fungal acne the hydrating cleanser has 4 different fungal acne triggers in it so you should switch to a diff cleanser like the foaming one but if you have dry skin don’t use the foaming one twice a day use it at night and was your face with just water in the morning then moisturize
