Anybody remember when “pay to play” started? What absolute bullshit that was. Club owners as a rule tried every angle they knew to screw you over anyway. Our performance contract was 5 pages - not counting the rider which nobody paid attention to anyway. That was the beginning of the end of the clubs.

I snapped the neck off a les paul custom during a show tryna bend harmonics like that, lesson learned. The luthier told me theres almost 200 lbs of forward pressure on the neck already.
