2:35:00 i still believes that answer is exogenous glucocorticoid use because ACTH low is seen in both exogenous steroids abd adrenal adenoma and we differentiate by CT/MRI and que saying that they are unremarkable which means exogenous is answer and 2 nd point in support of exogenous is H/O Rheumatoid Arthritis I think it should be rechecked Because the cortisol level are total serums cortisol levels which are increased , not only the endogenous serum cortisol..... So the explanation by sir is not satisfactory.... I would request to rethink about this.

In Pharma ques no 14: sir wrongly mentions acetazolamide will cause uric acid stones in Alkaline urine, but rather they are formed in acidic urine not in alkaline urine, Struvite stones are what formed in alkaline urine

Yes…correlation is done between independent X and dependent Y & Correlation not necessarily prove causation. So both 1&4 are correct. I know but in answer key only 4 is given(it’s wrong according to me)
