Entire walls of ventricle is made up of ependymal cell or ependymal cells are present at only choroid plexues. I mean csf is direct contact with neuron or there is a boundary of ependymal cell between csf and neurons.....???

The neuronal progenitors are exposed to the csf and this is the time before the eppendedymal cells are born. Later on the eppendidynal cells create the barrier
