1:54:50 speaking of gross things doctors could run into, i knew a guy who was a plumber who was doing some hole digging and sewer work. they used a jackhammer and got peppered in the eye a little bit. not super serious, not GOOD, but it something you can easily recover from. Then not long after being peppered, he cracked open a sewer pipe and got a little sewage splashed into his face and on his eye. with the bits of gravel holding on to the black water on his injured eye, he ended up having the gnarliest eye infection his eye doctor had ever seen!

For those interested, there *IS* actually a web version of the suika game... but it's lower quality and the physics engine isn't as twitchy.

While the physics are definitely subdued, I think the real differences are that the hitboxes for fruit merging are huge on the browser version, and you can't see what your next fruit will be. Thanks for letting me know though, I played for like 30 minutes straight after reading this comment lol

My birthday merch finally came in! The Sapling really is so squishy; I love it and I love the water bottle. So great to finally have a Sapling to place with Nemu; next year they'll have to fight over who gets to wear the hat, though. Rolled the waifu I wanted in my gacha and I had a feeling it was going to be a good day after both those things so I had no doubt you would hit a new PB. Also if you hadn't brought up Happy Feet I would've never know what that was from because I've known that thing for ages but never known where it was from. Funny you should bring up the Ame Ground Pound remix from ages past.... Kevin Cow, the guy that made the Smol Ame game that incorporated it into one of the levels, just put out a Suika-game inspired Hololive game. The twist is that you drop items into a 3D cube instead of a 2D box! Also one more note about the eclipse next year: If you do want to go, and I really do recommend it as it'll be the last one in NA for a while, I recommend making your plans sooner rather than later. Hotels are already getting booked up in many places!
