25:32 regarding the part about our study plan: what's the best way to approach it as an embassy track applicant? i'd love to go into detail about my dream school and all the clubs etc. but - if my understanding is correct - there's only 1 document that will be read by all 3 universities, therefore leaving me with not much room for being specific :/ i guess the only way is to be quite vague, but how do i then make it convincing and appealing in such case? also, another edit because i forgot my other question 😭 whats the right method to prove that i had relevant work experience? obviously theres no certificates for that so im sort of confused, even thought about showing them my salary invoice but i dont think thats professional haha thank u for the video btw! 🥰

Okay … just write little but really specific about all the unis …but focus more on your dream uni ….thats what I did … For the work experience, go to the authorities of where you worked ..and ask them to give the recommendation letter …that’s what companies give to their employees or interns

IM SO COOOKED. I dont have a strong background for extracuricular activities :/ I have community service hours, work experience and I have some little recognitions in English contests and participation in Theater (it is not related to my field of interest), and that is about it. The application for undergrads is already in September :( There is not much I can do rn for extracurriculars. This makes me feel very conflicted, tbh. Growing up I never had too much opportunities to engage in a bunch of activities due to money and time. I do have good grades, a very strong GPA. I also speak English fluently, and I hope to have a great score in IELTS. I think my forte is the essay and the study plan.

I can relate with the situation …in india honestly we don’t get much opportunities for extracurriculars but that’s what you have to struggle and find … but yaa the time is limited …you should have started early….try to find ngos and communities near you and make contacts as much as possible…hoping for the best 💕

And the reason I didn't have much time to prepare extra curriculars is because I was attending University classes. Yet, due to my experience studying here, I have realized how underdeveloped my field of interest is in my homecountry.....I don't believe there is even an industry to look forward to here. I'm really hoping the GKS scholarship gives me the opportunity to study my fuild of interest to its full extent. Thanks for the video and for answering 💕

Hello sis my 12th marksheet doesn't mention my percentage, so I got a percentage conversion letter from my school. However, I did my 10th class from a different school and my 10th marksheet also doesn't mention the percentage. When I asked my 10th school for a percentage conversion letter, they refused, saying that CBSE doesn't issue such letters. What should I do? Can I calculate my 10th percentage myself and write it down?"

Is the mention on the report card enough or do I need to obtain a separate certificate for the same? And "I recently got my mother's surname changed on my birth certificate and received an explanation document along with it, stating the reason for the change (correction of a mistake in the surname). Do I need to get this explanation document apostilled as well?"

In embassy track should we prepare separate study plan for all 3 universities targeting each of them because as you mentioned it would be impressive if we do research about our major related professor and their area of research, but I'm a little confused regarding this part. Should I prepare 4 separate study plan one for embassy, other 3 for target universities?

What certification of extracurricular are evaluated? Like what should we do as affcourse Indian schools/clg doesn't offer much opportunities. What should a student focus for getting extracurricular certification? Like dance? Social work?work exp? Cultural activities? Cource certification?

Social work … something’s related to your major … I know they don’t offer opportunities but u will have to create opportunities for yourself

About recommendation letter. Is it limited by school ? My mentor told me to only bring recommendation letters from the class teacher or principals not from the company or campaign I participated.

The recommendation letter is only from your principal or teacher and this is compulsory For extracurriculars you can submit the lor of companies …only as a supplementary document…

Hey jannat , I really need a help from you actually I've completed my graduation in 2022 and my subject was simple bachelor in science (with zoology) and the university here doesn't gives much higher marks like I got 64 percentage in the whole of my graduation then I enroll myself in Msc zoology and complete this year although the results are not out yet but I guess I'll be getting good cgpa like not that good but better that my graduation Marks atleast........and if I talk about my 10th and 12th boards marks it was 85 and 81 percent respectively, but the main thing is I have never been that much of engaged in a lot of extra curricular activities because I was clueless at that time , honestly speaking I got to know about gks about month ago and I realised how badly I wanted to do MBA in HR back then during I passed my boards but due to financial crisis and I couldn't do so , ....... I just want to have your guidance like what can I do now to build my cv eligible for document verification or analysis ......and also what are the ways by which I can get more certificates in my field ..... please do help me I know I may sound rubbish rn but trust me I'm totally devasted.... I've still 6 months (till feb ) so please guide me
