Hi Samuel. I know you get a lot of messages but i was hoping this one stands out. I have been through so many hard times but always survived. I am done with surviving and want to progress to being financial free. I have always worked and tried new businesses. I believe if you dont ask, you dont get. I just want a better life for me and my family but also be able to help others by showing them the light. Everynight I go alseep praying that something will change. I use to be addicted to herion 12 years ago but got myself clean and had a family. After getting clean i became a personal trainer to a gym owner. Lost about 20k in the business whixh brang me too my knees. I had to get a job which i did as an engineer for telecoms. 3 years of doing that kind of work then beimg told work load is low so my family have to go without has made me realise that i need to earn my own deals to make sure my family is looked after. £30k as an accountant with 10 years experience is a terrible wage

It’s because she wasn’t qualified - when you’re under qualified no matter how much experience you have your salary is capped which sucks

@@troy6738 yep it’s quite embarrassing. Fair play she got herself quantified eventually but it says to me she didn’t have that drive at work. Unmotivated and probably was a 9-5 worker doing bare minimum

There’s an ‘accountant’, then there’s a properly qualified accountant, I suspect when she says ‘certified’ it’s AAT rather than ACCA, 30k after 10 years if you don’t push yourself. I’m chartered and trust me you can earn significantly more being ‘qualified’ and pushing yourself.

That's really smart, a 50% profit-share with the landlord and he pays for the utitlities! I mean awesome! No guartenteed rent required what's so whatever, no utility cost what so ever, all maintance costs to run set propety goes out the windows you just do the marketing get the tenants in and win! Damn

Don't worry about that. With R2R SA you do not need a good credit rating. Even if the property manager or landlord does a credit check (very few do) you can just get a friend or family to do in on your behalf or act as a guarantor.

I went for the last crash course in London and signed up for the 4 days course in Heathrow during September . The bible explains how to be "financially free" and lack for nothing ◄ Proverbs 28:27 ► Those who give to the poor will lack nothing, but those who close their eyes to them receive many curses. you barely need any money to do it too. and no worrying about business deals/assets/real estate etc

I’ll be real Samuel I was working two jobs at Sainsburys and McDonald’s recently to pay for your course and I then saw that a person tried to join ur course two years ago and he killed himself because he said he was scammed out of his money, then under that video I saw a lot of people claiming that they went to your course just to be sold more courses , I’m scared because I want to join your course but I feel as-though it’s too good to be true , I even called two estate agents talking about deal sourcing and PLO agreements which is what you talked about on your channel And they shut me down claiming that a load of teens my age go in to their agency with clipboards and pens with fake info coming from ur channel n that they also turn them down also they then advised me to stop watching ur channel , it kind of disheartened me because I would of loved to think your a good man looking at all the people you helped and how nice you seem, I used to watch all your videos, I even took a gap year at uni to fully devote myself onto your course but right now I’m kinda put off , it’s demoralising because I really believed I could do this but I’m afraid I can’t with you I guess , I’m gonna have to just teach myself .

Listen to yourself dude. Do you think people are successful by chance? No. People are successful because they work hard and they keep trying even when they fail. 2 estate agents? seriously? You’re going to let the response of 2 estate agents dictate your entire future in real estate? If that’s the attitude you have you need to reconsider your mind set. Success doesn’t happen over night and there will be times where you want to just end it all, it’s how you adapt and overcome which will determine your financial freedom. Otherwise, by all means, commit to that 9-5 life until you die. It’s your life, it’s your choice. Don’t stop working hard, you will be rewarded in due course.
