Mr. Vishan needs more understanding when interviewing a senior. Most of the points said by Mr. Pandey suits futuristic evolution of an education system. NEP is accepted or not, TN education has benefitted most but not many employment opportunities. Need more industries to employ engineers. NEP tries to provide assembly line employees to MNCs and India will remain only a middle income nation. Lots of gaps and yes TN can take pride in enrollment but what about proper jobs.

Mr. Vishan, if you want to give opportunity to everyone, of course you are welcome. That is what the ongoing policy is also saying. All the kids are joining in schools. As per your words, you want equal opportunities to study for all students, later when they are going for an interview the interviewer will decide whether he is capable or not. Then you should stop the current policy as well. Because in that we are conducting exams to know the range or quality of the individual student. We should not do it. Boycott exams. Give all pass till the graduation.We will study till degree then the interviewer will decide our worth. Obviously your interview is showing that you don't want the wealthy discussion. You just impose your thoughts to the viewers by the unwanted and emotional questions and You don't want any improvements. I can clearly understand that it is not against nep2019. It is against central government. Be neutral and try to have a wealthy discussion in your upcoming interview with whomever it so. Anyway I appreciate your interview. Lot of disputed topics also available in our state. Take that also and have a interview with the appropriate person. I am waiting to see you in more controversial local topics as well.
