Cervelo Caledonia and Me: Logging 37 Miles and Fine-Tuning for the Rigors of the HH100 8/19/2024

This week sets up my ride at the HH100. With only four days to ride plus a travel day I want to ride enough for 200+ miles. I figure each day should be 35 miles or more. To make things simply I will ride south and east each day on mostly the same route, Atascocita - Walden - Spanish Cove Drive. This route averages around 36.5 miles.
