How does a coach even say this? What does talent even mean in football? He's been one of the best defenders in the league (he arguably was the best defender in the league for a while), and he did it standing at 5'10" with no real physical prowess too. He's up there with the best signings of the last decade alongside the likes of Hazard and Kanté. Not just talented but skilled and the consummate professional.

DAVE : Captain, Leader & Legend.. next to John Terry. Deserves so much more respect than he gets. From playing as a winger - midfielder - right-back - left-back - right WB - right centre-back, he only missed out GK position. He may have slowed down cos' of age but he still gives his 100% and there's not much that he can't do.
