So much focus on nuts and bolts and little on the learnings from the paper. I’m lost in the trees. My only takeaway is that there was a Bantu language speaking group that essentially replaced every other population group south of Cameroon some four or six thousand years ago. Do I have that right? Who were they? What happened to the earlier people? Any clues as to why this migration happened and how they so dominated other groups? A link to the paper would be welcomed.

I don`t agree. Cesar spoke far more than Razib, and I think that Razib`s interventions clarified and complemented what Cesar said.
