Can you perform a classical incision after a low segment c-section

Usually we would try to make a low segment C-section again, as we already damaged the tissue there, and a low segment incision is usually of lower risk. However in some situations, as emergencies, a placenta Previa, or depending on the fetal position, we might do a Classic incision after a patient had a low segment incision :)
