Does unilateral MCDK warrant abortion ? Please reply. Other kidney is working fine. 20 week ultrasound showed one kidney full of cysts.

Hello @Anil Prasanna! A unilateral multicystic kidney as the only birth anomaly does not alter the life expectancy of a baby, and the baby is likely to grow to full age.
