I enjoy watching her play a very talented player, but she only ranks at 121, it would be nice to see her play more often, if she wants to be at the top level then she needs to win more ranking events, the same as any other player male or female, perhaps if she was to get to the top level it would attract more women to learn snooker

Yeah. I was shocked to see that even though she's the 12x womens world snooker champion, she has never won a match on the tour. She got on the tour in 2010, after winning 61 (!!) consequtive women's matches. However on the tour she then lost 18 consequtive matches and dropped out again... This has nothing to do with the sexes, only how good an individual is.

@@chintanshah6234 I think she is getting the attention because it would be nice to see a female player to climb the same ranks as their male counterparts, but it is a very steep mountain to climb, she definitely has the talent maybe just a bit more experience in the top ranked matches is needed, and I would like to see a female player able to climb the top ranks. It’s not about sexism but seeing a women achieve something that has never been done before.

On her rankings and abilities, she did not deserve to be in this tournament. But she's playing is a case of preferential treatment. While doing this, they took away a spot of another player, who deserved it. My point is, people should get chances irrespective of their race, gender, etc..and only on merits.

As a pool player, I can tell you I hate playing on a snooker table. Something different about the pockets. Balls bounce around the edges and just won’t go in as easily. You almost have to be perfect every shot to sink anything. (By 1:33, the girl has being denied two shots on yellow so far)

What you are doing is objectifying and belittling, although I don't think this is your intention. I looked for a comment to point out this issue but everybody seems to be okay with it.
