sculpting is the most difficult thing to achieve in 3d modelling; it's already one of the most difficult arts in real life and dealing with it software is even more daunting; it takes strong spatial skills but also "virtual clay" creativity and envisioning; anyway, this is one of the more advanced things Blender can do, so dont be discouraged, start as always with small projects; realistic human heads and expresssions is for the pros (over a decade 3d art craft career or longer, so it's best to think of this video as the final stage of it)

@@tysean0816 on a 2D surface, like painting on a canvas I agree, but on 3D if you dont have the correct detailed and proportioned volume to start with, you dont even get to painting and texturing

Well first of all just create a retopology, then shape keys and then bones, that's pretty much it.

Caesar can you make a tutorial with tension map?? There is no proper documentation about it. As your eye tutorial is clean and simple in same way can you provide us "Tension Map" tutorial??

Just a tip, I noticed your bump maps are 4000x4000, you should round them to 4096x4096. It might not make a huge difference, but the computer rounds it to 4096 automatically, so you might as well. Great job though!
