Captain Guido, may I ask why you disengage the autopilot by touching the trim switches instead of the AP disconnect button? Would that be to leave the yaw damper engaged?

That is a good question Mark. If you disengage the AP early on the approach, you still want to have the YD engaged. Very uncomfortable for the passengers otherwise. Important is to disengage YD before touch down. Happy Landings, Capt. Guido
