@@RK-zp2mx All I did was fund my account with money then decided to withdraw the money instead. It's been over a year now and they still have not given me my money yet!!! I have called a million times and left million messages and won't return my calls. I've emailed them also and all I get is the run around. I funded my account with a TD bank card but lost it so I got a replacement. I still have the same bank card but just different numbers of course. They said to send them a bank statement from the card I first funded my account with, so I did and still a year later $1,000 dollars of my money is still sitting there. I need help!!!!

Hi there: They don't seem to be allowing withdrawals from their exchange. I have been trying to withdraw a small amount for last 5 months but it always gets rejected. Even if they close your account, they still don't allow a withdrawal. Terrible!!!

they give you a special code for that situation when you link Authenticator for the first time. If you didn't save it, I don't think there is a solution. Keep looking for answers.

I think you need a legit debit card/cc from a bank. Not a card issued by a store. Perhaps you can transfer funds with your bank account.
