Oregon vs Ohio State will be a great game

If ND goes undefeated, the 5 seed is great. They will play a fairly easy team in South Bend. They also wont have to play in conference championship game.

They’ll host the first game in south Bend then play the lowest rated team with a bye, most likely Big 12 winner. 5 seed is the best seed.

With the schedule Notre Dame has this year they really should go undefeated. Anything less would be a disappointment. I think the only way they should make the playoffs is with a 12-0 record - in my opinion. If that happens and they get the number 5 seed, then at least win their first playoff game in South Bend there should be no more talk of a conference championship game. I think that would do wonders to justify keeping their Independent status! ☘Go Irish!☘

Yea their o/u wins is 4.5 .. And they should have equal or greater talent to 7 or 8 of their opponents.. tempting to bet that over but man what a heavy just ridiculous schedule. Literally 1 guaranteed win VS Samford. Then UCF and Miss State are the only games they’ll be favored in significantly. Next would be like UK then A&M who could both embarrass them at home. If they can win the first three, and split those two they have to get only 1 of FL State, Miami, or Tennessee … really tough line. If they get stomped bad by UM and A&M at home the staff could be coaching for their jobs against MS State on the road before the bye week and things could get really ugly

But Michigan, still has one of the best defenses in the country, Ohio States defense is ranked #1, and offense will become very good as the season goes on! Penn State is ranked top 15, and other Big 10 teams, like Iowa will be ranked, and so on! Not as easy as you make it sound! I really think though that Ohio State will win the National Championship this year! They have to play who is in front of them on Saturdays! Ohio State always plays highly ranked teams every year! With the addition of Oregon, Washington, USC, and UCLA, the Big 10 is no doubt the best conference in America, better than the SEC, from top to bottom! Go Buckeyes! Bring home the Natty this year!
