Cool stuff. Anyway, it would be interesting to know how worse is an unstructured mesh in comparison with this "Gioconda of meshing" and the time needed to develop it.

Why is there high pressure at the trailing edges of the wings and tail/ rudder ?

Because the trailing edge has some non-zero angle, and two streams (above and below the wing, or from left and right side of the rudder) are colliding with each other. Google "cfd 2d airfoil pressure" and in images you can find similar effect for low angle of attack.
