is it possible to calculate the resistance of the ship use this software ?

Yes, ship resistance is the main purpose of such a tool. In case of calm water transit, we mainly look at the ship resistance at different speeds, while for transit in waves, we look at added resistance, motions, accelerations and jerks (derivative of acceleration).

how about if the ship get planning ? can we calculate the force of the lift ?

CFD calculations will solve all degrees of freedom requested by the user as well as forces in all directions (therefore including lift). However, planning hulls might require different settings/knowledge.
