Was a great game and well refereed but dear fellow Winnipeg fans they got lucky Buck Pierce needs to stop going up the middle and going long to often if he was smart he would take a look at the ALS play book on short side line passes and off tackle run s an sweep and maybe watch the Bomber 1990 cup win for ideas right now they need the practice if they want to get to and win the cup they have a problem with the east teams hopefully it can be solved on there week off

First play of the game, winnipeg coach ***** the bed and doesnt challenge. Doesnt go for 2 when they have momentum, and rolling easily. Then goes for 2 when they are struggling. Doesnt throw challenge a second time..... Should have tried a field goal on first down and 10 seconds left. If he missed he gets another shot with time. Damn coach is lucky the WIND got tired of watching the coach fumble the game away and decided to take matters into its own breath. Sweetest victory i have seen since the last grey cup win for winnipeg. Lol

If you miss a FG attempt, you don't get the ball back, unless the receiving team gets the ball, then fumbles the ball away. The down doesn't matter. In this situation, the Montreal receiver would've taken a knee to end the game, if the Winnipeg kicker missed the FG. Even if he completely shanked it, and the ball went out of bounds at the Montreal 2 yard line, it would be Montreal ball on the 2.
