awesome motorcycle...i have the advanced version for 3 weeks now and for less than 7k euro there is nothing to touch it! despite not having TC is still, by far, best buy for that price. the advanced model already has steering damper, 8' tablet with carplay, wireless key and quickshifter for that price.

hey, im planning on buying this bike. do you have anything that you don't like about the bike? how does the shifting feel? is it clunky?
@silviughindoc60395 ай бұрын
@@nexii1479 normal shifting is gr8.. quick shifting is a bit corky from 2nd to 3rd gear but u.ll get it. i heard 2024 model comes woth TC, AW and cornering abs. and smoother quick shifter so...all good

@@silviughindoc6039 Went for my 5k kms PMS at the CFmoto dealership here in PH, they said that once the new and updated 800nk that comes with anti wheelie and traction control , they can update the current bike to have it too, they still don't know how much it would cost but definitely just a matter of updating and installing it on the current 800nk
@silviughindoc60394 ай бұрын
yes...even the sport version can get quick shifter and all the other goodies. so great bike whatever the year or version. it is so good that u have to ride it to get it. and not to mention the software support...2 updates in a month. alarm and vibration notifications are gold 😊

don't even need another exhaust with this bike. the stock sounds amazing as it is. cruise control seems luxurious. didn't know you could press a button to increase/decrease speed, that's pretty cool. tough choice between this and the GSX-8S. it certainly has better sound than the 8S. but the 8S might have better resale value since it's a better known brand.

My concern would be the lack of dealer support and parts availability in the future.

BIG mistake. The designer is Carles Solsona from Italy. And JJuan is a Brembo Group member.
@hoagiemoto5 ай бұрын
Thanks, I was misinformed so I did some research. I see that the 800nk won the Red Dot award and Carles Solsana is the design director for the CFMoto 2 wheels department. Also I didn't realize Brembo acquired J.Juan in 2021 and that it is based in Barcelona. I made sure to follow them on social media

Why is it a “BIG” mistake… smh

Does anybody else have issues with cutting out and backfire

How do you think the reliability will be??
@hoagiemoto5 ай бұрын
The 790 motor has been out for a long time now. It's pretty much the same motor with some CFMoto branded parts. KTM has part ownership in them so I expect great things with these new 800's! CFMoto really stands behind their products also. I got a side x side shock warrantied with no questions asked after the guy put 5000 hard miles on his buggy within a year. The older bikes have been holding up well for us so I imagine these newer ones will be even better.

@hoagiemoto thank you for getting back to me I really appreciate it

@@milesfarley2831 did deep research even on chinese forums about the 790 engine before buying one. Essentially, when CFmoto started building the 790 engine since 2021, they've solved all the issues regarding oil leaks and premature cam wear. There are a bunch of 800MT(Ibex in US) hitting 50k kms already and their valves are still up to spec. Some issues I found was about its electronics but nothing major just minor glitches that could be solved by resetting(Disconnecting battery) or a quick trip to the dealership to reset it.

where is the tablet display??
@hoagiemoto4 ай бұрын
You want to see more of the TFT display on the 800?
@pichejf4 ай бұрын
The 800NK Advanced version isn't currently available in North America (the one with the tablet display, steering damper and keyless ignition). Only the base model with a 5" TFT and missing the other features.

It's between this and the Suzuki 750. Don't like those mirrors. It needs a windscreen

I've seen some windscreens for the 800nk on taobao/aliexpress, doesn't look the best though

Is this better than mt09
@hoagiemoto5 ай бұрын
I love the power of the MT09 but I'd rather ride the NK daily. Both are fun but the display and cruise control are wonderful!
@zergothikaify3 ай бұрын
Both bikes are good rides. Just the power delivery is on the rev range which brings a bigger smile to your face.

I own one, and it cuts out and backfires all the time like constantly, and it's getting worse, and the company keeps telling me supposed to run that way . I call bullshit
