What a crazy past Saturday in the SEC.. I do think Indiana stays in the Top 12 with the losses in SEC last weekend. I have no idea why you think Bama stays in the Top 12.

The media needs brands for viewership which results in money. So Bama and Ole Miss getting in with 3 losses isn’t such a stretch.

Nope. The Committee will do the right thing and put Alabama and Ole Miss out of reach. Boise State will be #11. Clemson will be #12. Alabama #13. South Carolina #14 and Ole Miss #15. Alabama has 3 losses and 2 of the losses were to bad teams AND two days ago was a BAD TEAM BLOWOUT. Ole Miss have all 3 of their losses to bad teams. They are not going to put either of those 2 in a spot where they can luck their sorry butts into the CFP.

I think you're right about where they'll place Bama, but Bama doesn't deserve the 11 spot. I was thinking 12. Ole Miss had a far better loss over the weekend. I also wonder if the committee will keep Indiana above Georgia. The committee favors the Big 10 generally, and SEC teams Texas and Alabama particularly. I would not have any 3 loss teams making the playoff bracket. If Georgia loses the SEC championship game I predict Bama will take Georgia's spot, however.

@TravelinOn-tb9hy This is why utterly despise Conference Championships. Georgia clearly deserves a spot in the playoff. Have you seen their schedule? It’s mighty tough. So then they have to go and play Texas, who they already beat earlier in the season. So you are saying if Georgia loses that game, you put in Bama who is sitting home and not playing anyone, much less a very formidable opponent. No way in my book. I put a 3 loss Georgia over Bama any way you look at it.

@@missourimanful You misunderstand me. I do not put Bama ahead of Georgia, and I agree the conference championship is a great danger. It put Georgia out of the playoffs last year. All I'm saying is that I predict the committee will put Bama over Georgia should Georgia lose that game. I do not think it will be fair, but Bama gets the preferential treatment on a regular basis.

Crazy part about the SEC no one talks about is Id put money on a five loss SEC team beating a 1 or 2 loss B10 team. Schedules, wins and losses are not even close to comparable

A 4 loss SEC played a big10 team. But not one with 2 or less losses. The team was 7-4 LSU and they lost to USC 6-5. Run along clown. This isn't a comedy show
