CFS/ME day in the life at university + what’s in my Uni bag In Person Lecture and Anxiety Medication

This video I a vlog about my life at university during the ongoing corona virus pandemic, where I go to a socially distanced in person lecture, have a lot of anxiety and share what's in my university bag.
My name is Elinor, I am a 21-year-old sociology student who has been living with ME/CFS for 5 years. I started making KZbin Videos consistently about my experience with chronic illness and mental health struggles in June 2020!
This video does not necessarily reflect everyone's experience with ME/CFS because we are all different and have different experiences. This is because ME/CFS can be different than I have experienced, and each person’s situation will be different and therefore each person’s story will be different!

Hello from Japan 🇯🇵! I’ve been struggling with CFS over 18 years, so I understand how tough to spend ordinary life. Exhaustion, headache are chasing me all the time and feel anxious. How did you find your experience with DSA? (sorry, you only mentioned it in passing, please don't feel like you have to share) One of my conditions is ME and I'm just about to apply. Quite nervous about it.

It is a bit of an annoying process but the people behind it are super kind and really want you to have everything you need!! You'll need to gather doctors letters and any other evidence you have and then there will be an in person interview with was scary for me, but the person was so kind and was definitely on my side, they make your case to the DSA and they really just want to help and get you everything you need!! I ended up being given an ultra-light laptop ( there's regular, light and ultra-light) a printer with DSA provided paper and ink, an academic support worker (who I call every week) and a taxi allowance (for travelling from my house to uni and back).

What was the anxiety medication? Do you still take it/ recommend it?

Its Propanolol. Yes, I still take it and I think it helps.
