It was the same for me Lisa - I just felt that I needed deeper answers as to WHY to resolve the illness, which of course has been my experience.

@@CFSUnravelled1 I'm the same and I'm pretty convinced by the theory but I'm struggling with the program. The jump to imagining what my life will be like once I'm completely better came very soon and I feel like I'm being asked to make a leap of faith, which really brought me down... But I'm going to keep at it

Medical community 80% donot know about this disease, they say ,your pains and everything in your head, ' sadly many doctors dont even listen whst all you suffer or take full history. Without just listening, they label you pshche !! And advise antidepresents !? No one believe you are suffering. Isnot it ,its important for the health care system to bother about this invisible disesse ! Thanks to doc Dan !!👌 I keep going thru your recovery stories, hoping for my recovery also, to live free some more times...atleast wighout this pain and fatigue.😓
