I just want to say,,I absolutely love her husband. What a great guy for helping her and staying by her side. That is true love. I'm happy she's much better.

Totally agree with the above comments, Paris's husband Adrian. What a guy ! Absorelute legend and rock for Paris. By going the extra mile and learning all the principles like he did. That really is more than you could ever wish for when you're in the trenches. Have nothing but respect for Adrian.

I’m still processing this video but it’s been the missing link for me.. amongst all the common symptoms one of my odd symptoms has been the inability to speak or feeling I’m chocking like Paris mentioned.. it’s the first time I’ve heard of someone else experiencing this which is helping to convince myself that I have cfs and not something else.. thanks so much!! Feeling like I can now move forward in confidence

Besides the known stuff like fatigue, pots and so on swallowing (and breathing) issues were and still are my main problem with CFS! You're not alone with those choking sensations. It feels like my muscles in the throat just stop working. I also have moments were I can't talk properly. Gagging reflex also oftentimes.

This is such an incredible interview. Love that it was with both of them.

I was only going to watch a few minutes of this, but I couldn’t put it down. I think it’s the loveliest recovery interview I’ve seen (although they’ve all been very lovely).

Well done Paris! And you’re amazing husband.. Paris had joined the program while I was in it… if anyone is doubting where she says she started from I’ll tell you it’s exactly how she described it.. so happy to see her resiliency ( or as Miguel calls it “becoming anti fragile”) as well as her physical accomplishments…

Let's keep believing in God and the power ahe gave us to fight for recovery our blessings and get even more blessings that we didn't have before as it is more will power, being grateful for the present no matter what, being more humble and breaking our inside ego, more understandable person with the most needed and many many stuff that we can learn about this...Don't loose hope , I'm still in the process... I do hope all this community including myself comes back and read our comments and thoughts again once we recover and just smile and say"yes you made it!".
