This is giving me so much hope. I dont have a diagnosis other than MCAS but I'm getting flashing body pains which keep me awake sometimes. All day, everyday. You talked about a crash and I believe I had my first one this summer and ever since I've been struggling with vertigo, body pain and allergies (mcas). Im so worried that I'll get worse or be like this forever but this video has shown me that I can live normally again

I’m at that point were I can do some weight training, I loooove lifting weights so I’m super happy I can do some again , I’m nowhere near doing the amount I used to do but I’ll take it for now 👌😁👍

I feel like it was not as informative as I had expected; I headed the guest say he started journaling; minimizing caffeine; and taking things slow to prevent running on adrenaline. Was his recovery a mind set shift on not be perfect or trying get task done quickly? Was their any nutritional changes or sleep or nap schedules. Was there any weight changes; did he only walk for exercise? Thank-you so much for sharing what you were able to.

I had many mind-shifts including the ones you mentioned. I did not need to change my diet, except I relaxed it during APs as a tool to distract from symptoms. I tended to nap only if I couldn't keep my eyes open. I intentionally paused trying to loose weight until I recovered, I'm not recommending that to others, it's just what I did. I walked, did martial arts, and light biking and weight training. More info in the comment above, good luck!:)

Just a gratitude list every day?

My first 30 day plan had three parts, a gratitude practice, an acceptance practice, and a practice of slowing down. I used journaling as a tool to implement these into my daily life. From there every 15-30 days, my plan was updated to include increases in physical activity such as introducing light martial arts training👍
