Well done on your recovery, Jerzy! You really did have such a difficult time. I've been unwell for nearly 7 years now. Thanks so much for sharing your story, it's truly inspirational! 😊🙏👍

I managed to go out today to the local shops after 5months of not having done so. I was able to do this becos I had a neutral mood, free from major anxiety and depression at the time and I had stable and sustainable energy levels for the next couple of hours. The difference in high energy/low energy , better mood/ crappier mood is startling from day to day, night to night. I would say i am proud of myself that i went out , but it just kinda happens, i don't plan it, if i don't feel fear and i feel sustainable energy in the body in the moment, then i have just managed to do more things. Productive days are still few and far between though.

Miguel, Can you do a video on How do you get better if you live alone and have no support and can hardly drive yourself anywhere ? How do you structure your day say if you have to go shopping for example - do you do nothing else all day and just save all your energy to go shopping ? Do you think you should start walking 5 mins or conserve all your energy for housework and self care ?

I used books and tapes by Dr. Claire Weekes when I was teenager. I'm 59 now. It really helped. I'm doing whole food plant based (low fat) now. When I eat it strictly, it really helps my gut. I've had gut issues/pain for years.

I usually watch youtube videos that are under 30 mins due to my attention span, is there any way Miguel you can upload a shorter summary version of a person's recovery journey? , becos 1 hour vids are quite long to try to focus on.
