I remember when ott crying over mdm and reported them for holding their roofs in the war n then mdm go to bsk block n they just be sitting in the garage n still got smoked by mdm . There was time mdm could have got bsk banned in the war but they never liked reporting cos didntnwanna ruin the income.

A lot of bans could've just been a DM with a warning. ''Yo, stop doing that or else it'll be a ban next time.'' Things like what KGU said about not looking at a car while putting someone in it. Which is insanely petty. As if you can't be swept up in a moment and don't realize your character isn't facing the car, come on now.

Servers like NP should have rules, but they go overboard with the rules and also aren't consistent with policing those rules. Especially when its about big streamers.

@@kamiNaraVDM probably. OTT reported them during the war for it even though it wasn't really that bad and a member of his gang had done worse to Zaceed but he doesn't see the things his own lot do for some reason and CG rarely report anything.

They are supposed to be even stricter. Most of these guys are telling half truths or complaining about legit reasons for bans. Example a few weeks ago when Hutch said his favourite ban was the Yacht incident with Kyle, he says the crim didn't have their gun on the hostage, when the truth is they 100% did. Go watch the clips and form your own balanced decision. Don't believe everything you hear from one side, especially from people doing an ooc group chat in character instead of in discord. When this guy complains about "not looking at the vehicle", he is talking about the "seat in vehicle" mechanic, it's plain as day in the rules that you have to use it, you can't grab a person and drag them along the outside of the vehicle, it's also common sense that you can't do that when you know the mechanic exists. A lot of the time bans are completely justified and should be used as opportunities to improve your roleplay, not to complain about and wear like some army medal. The real problem is actually the lack of bans, and disproportionate bans, like cops will get 3 days or no ban at all for the most horrendous deliberate rule breaks but civs and crims will get 7 days for the most basic genuine mistakes. I don't know if they use a report only system or if they sometimes check out streams by themselves. I guess a report only system might explain a lot tbh but also sets a bad precedent where people don't want to report because of chat hoppers.
