Theory: When the people are transformed into globs of ink, their personality amplifies, because cartoon characters have very exaggerated emotions and expressions. So then it would make sense to say that Joey is Bendy and Susie is Alice, because they were very angry and sour in their past life. Maybe Sammy was a very religious person? Actually your theory is partially correct and is somewhat confirmed in the batim book Dreams Come to LIfe (spoilers ahead) So basically the main protagonist from the book (Buddy Lewek) is turned into a Boris at the end and there are two minds but they have to share one body, that being a Boris. One mind is Buddy Lewek and the other mind is Boris. Buddy says that overtime the Boris's mind got stronger meaning Boris has more control. So your theory about their personalities being amplified is pretty on-track. The only thing is that Joey can't be the Ink Demon Bendy because in the book and game it states that Bendy was the first creation of the ink machine but came out as abomination/monster because he didn't have a soul. Buddy was the first character that worked and Joey realized in order for it to work he must use souls, thus begins Joey murdering like all his employees for their souls lol. From all my experience in BATIM i think u are a little wrong instead of sammy being a religious guy i think he is angry at joey cuz joey left sammy, susie and norman to die in the studio and as seen as bendy's hostile nature maybe thats why sammy thinks that bendy will save them also alice angel, the projectionist and sammy were real humans becuz bendy was a cartoon he turned susie into alice, Norman being the projectionist of the show bendy made him, well the projectionist and sammy is wearing a bendy mask in order to prevent bendy from killing him and becuz sammy lawrence is based off well sammy lawrence (the real one) this points that sammy was bendy's music producer
