Today I am spinning my meat with some rotisserie pork back ribs on the Weber kettle.
Since I detest cooking ribs, this was my first time trying to cook ribs with the rotisserie, it was pretty much a guessing game. The ribs were done in just about an hour and the lid was off of the kettle for about 20 minutes of the cook. The next time that I pick up some ribs, I am going to do this again with slightly different vent settings.
I was surprisingly happy with the outcome of this cook. Is this method as good as a more traditional low & slow set up? Not a chance, that was not my intent here. I just wanted some half decent, fast cooked ribs and this worked out well enough.
That's the way she goes.
