What can you say, the video shows how not to do it. 100% proof that you get your cards back in worse condition ^^ And that's called grading school, I wouldn't treat my cards so badly in private.

He is just showing what to look for in corners. I guess you want him to wear gloves, which actually can do more damage. Glad you are an expert in grading cards and handling them. Start your own grading company. CGC is doing a great job in educating people how they grade cards. Guess everyone needs to be negative...
