more Ram for better , libary's handling, rendering to 3d viewport power.. & a big GPU is what you need what money can by specially for rendering.. and skills you need skills or ppl. with skills ,.. ... to drop down the rendering time with solution like clever usage of passes , adaptiv subdivision , compositing tricks & hacks .

This will get released on BM, yes. No, you don't need anatomy knowledge to complete any of Paul's Grease Pencil courses - just an interest in having a go!

No. GP 3.0 did not make it into 4.2 LTS and while it has many improvements, it is still under development.
