I craft this kind of shorts and I totally agree with you ! I'd like to say that i was rather impressed by the music/sound design than the CGI of this short. But as you said, this is all about mystery and atmosphere. In this case it's really well executed for sure ;)

I like the fact you take time with this, it allows people time to settle in and look at what they are seeing. I've done a few of these and always thought they were too slow, but seeing this makes me feel I made the right decision.

Nice concept. Dream. I have written sci-fi. It is a nice way to dream of other nonexistent worlds and improbable exploration and travel. Dream on. The only way to explore the infinite universe is God Himself.

Looks like you couldn't decide between ultra-realistic rendered views of our solar system and ultra-sketchy spaceship look-alikes. Sorry, but that puffy Empty Object doesn't show any functionality in its structure and the textures don't add a bit to it. Buuuuuhuuuut, the views of the planets are great and really #nofilter. Cool stuff that!
