Um dude… it would be one sided as fuck lol. Sonic in Frontiers is WAAAAAAY more powerful than he was in Generations. Shadow in this game is at best slightly more powerful than Generations Sonic. Nowhere near as powerful as Frontiers Sonic (who happens to be the most powerful game Sonic ever)

Seeing these cutscenes in full makes me appreciate how tight the editing for the trailers was in retrospect. 4:49 This part for example. In the Doom Powers trailer, Shadow hovered up, and then strikes his pose leading into Radical Highway. It’s edited so seamlessly that I never noticed it.

Doom morph is terrifying like holy hell why did it look like he was being corrupted or some sh- Doom wing looks PAINFUL on shadow's end. Sharp wings pierce through your skin and grow...yeah no i aint imagining the pain of that. If that was enough to make the ultimate life form SCREAM in agony, which mind you, has a decent amount of durability, screamed in agony from that, then most of the characters wont be able to handle it.

I know that for the time being he has lost his Doom Powers, but I hope that one day he can reawaken them or gain Chaos Versions of them. Realistically, its no reason why he shouldnt be able to make his own version of Doom Spears and tbh im not even sure why he needs Dooms power to use Doom Blast (seems like something he should be able to do naturally lol) Ill even take them appearing in just spinoff games but I really hope we can see Doom Wings return.
