Somalia hosts nearly 34,000 refugees from other countries

Despite its own displacement challenges, Somalia now hosts more than 34,000 refugees from several countries. Among them are Syrians, who fled war in their homeland over a decade ago. Skilled Syrian refugees are making positive contributions to various sectors of the economy in the Horn of Africa nation.

in the 90s somalis who lived in saudi were kicked out but they couldn't go home because the airport was bombed and destroyed. So the syrians let us in and welcomed us. They are most welcome
